Healthy Living Tips for Physical Wellness – your overall physical well being. When it’s not a hundred percent it means that you are not at your best, and that would affect all other aspects of your life. I know that. I’ve been there and it became a major lesson in my life.
I will share what I’ve learned here in hope that it would make a difference in your perception. It might even inspire you to change your life, forever.
About 15 years ago I was diagnosed with a life-threatening health condition. On that same blood test, a pregnancy was confirmed.
I was faced with crucial decisions of the kind that no one can prepare you for.
I was also fortunate enough to be guided in a way that allowed me to trust my intuition and make my own decisions. In the course of the following years I had to deal with various doctors and different opinions. I had a chance to talk to quite a few patients and my conclusion is very firm.
And so the first of my Healthy Living Tips for you is: the only person who really knows what’s best for you is you! Unfortunately most of us are not encouraged to trust and believe in ourselves. We tend to be very influenced by other people’s opinions and many times, we follow advice that does not necessarily feel right. The reason we ignore that feeling is because we are taught to ask for advice and follow it.
In all cases to do with your physical wellness, I can unequivocally tell you that your doctor is NOT in charge of your health. You are.
Yes, he/she studied medicine and you probably didn’t. However, it does not make him/her a super-human. It only puts them in a position to diagnose your condition and explain it to you, and explain it to the full THEY SHOULD. All the rest would be their personal opinion.
In my own case I can tell you, that had I followed all my different doctors advice I would not be here today to tell the world about it. I would not have my beautiful, healthy 14 year old daughter who is my pride and joy.
This is not about your doctor, or doctors in general. It is about YOU understanding that you already know what’s best for you. ALWAYS. Be alert and listen to that feeling inside of you and you will know what’s right for you. And this applies to every situation in your life.
You invariably know what’s best for you, better than anyone else.
I will just add this one thing, in case you are not aware of recent statistic estimates. Even doctors themselves are willing to admit that modern conventional medicine and western hospitals may nowadays be among the leading causes of death in the western world.
Another one of my Healthy Living Tips for your Physical Wellness is based on my personal experience and also supported in a book that I read ‘The Biology of Belief’ By Bruce Lipton, Ph.D.
Our body is a magnificent creation and we have yet to learn a lot more about it, and probably will never understand it all. However, we know this much – our body knows best how to heal itself, given the right conditions. Better than any human being or any medication. Moreover, medication interferes with the body’s natural mechanisms and confuses them, thus interfering with it’s natural balance.
It’s important to make it clear right here, that this is not to encourage anyone to avoid taking medication that your doctor has prescribed as essential for your health.
It is, however, meant to bring this truth to your awareness and encourage you to seek ways to restore balance to your body so it can do what it does best – heal itself.
Another one of my Healthy Living Tips for your Physical Wellness will let you know that there are very effective ways out there that will work alongside any treatment you might be under.
And in that spirit of Healthy Living Tips – you don’t need to wait until you are sick in order to get better.
In our changing world, progress, with all its benefits, has also been damaging the environment and the conditions on our planet. These changes create a big challenge for the human body to maintain natural balance and keep its health and well being. Your body, whether you are aware of it or not, is most likely not functioning at its best, even if you think of yourself as relatively healthy. Your Physical Wellness in the sense of preventing illness and prolonging life is the attention here.
Don’t just sit on the fence, do something about it. Now is the only time we have. It’s where everything begins.
And the key to applying all those Healthy Living Tips is in the strong connection in our body mind spirit.
